Overview

UGCLive is an AI tool for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that helps UGC creators scale their content. It analyzes any public video or account to show why it went viral, writes a script on that pattern, and AI-edits footage by cutting pauses, filler words, and failed takes. It also exports A/B/C hook versions for testing and provides a portfolio page for brand deals. It is for creators and TikTok Shop sellers who want to produce more effective short-form videos.

How it works

Paste a public TikTok, Reel, or Short link, or an account name. UGCLive scores the video against the account's usual views, shows what drove its performance, breaks down the hook and beats, and summarizes comments. For accounts, it identifies the niche, pillars, what blew up, and generates 8 content ideas. This analysis runs in the web app and the upcoming iPhone app.

Key capabilities

After analysis, tap 'Write my version' to get a script on the viral video's pattern, including hooks, lines, shots, and a caption. The script opens in a teleprompter camera for filming. AI edit then processes your footage: it cuts long pauses, filler words like 'um', and retakes, keeping the best take of each line. Captions are timed to every word, and B-roll can be added from your footage.

Who it is for

UGCLive is designed for UGC creators and TikTok Shop sellers who post regularly on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. It is also useful for small teams and full-time creators who need to scale content production. The tool is available in the browser now, with an iPhone app coming soon. Android users can use the web version.
