How it works

Hit record on your phone or laptop, and the AI transcribes and cleans up your note, removing filler words. It then parses the text into structured fields such as title, amount, category, and date. Notes are saved to your dashboard and can be shared as a link, or sent to a destination if you have a workflow set up.

Workflow destinations

Set up workflows for repeated tasks like expenses, standups, or meeting notes. Each workflow points to a destination: a Notion database or page, a Google Doc, a row in Google Sheets, or a formatted email. SendMyVoice reads the existing columns in your Notion or Sheets and fills in the fields it finds, so no template setup is needed.

Pricing and limits

The free plan includes 20 recordings per month, up to 5 minutes each, 3 workflows, and 3 connected accounts, with access to all destinations. The Pro plan, at an early adopter price of $6 per month, offers 500 recordings, up to 20 minutes each, unlimited workflows and integrations, recording downloads, and priority support.

Privacy and extensions

Audio is encrypted at rest and never used for AI training. Your data is only accessible via your authenticated account, and you can delete any recording at any time. The Chrome and Edge extension lets you record from any tab and even drop a voice message directly into a Gmail compose window.
