It offers only approved times from your connected calendar and writes the confirmed appointment before the caller hangs up. Every call leaves a plain-English outcome in your dashboard, with optional recording and transcript.

Key capabilities

MairyAI includes call routing, callback requests, and a team dashboard. It answers from your approved business knowledge and can write back to HubSpot or Salesforce when connected. Calls are recorded and transcribed by default, but you can switch that off. The system is designed for approved inbound business workflows and does not support healthcare, banking, insurance, legal advice, emergency services, or debt collection.

Pricing and limits

Plans are month to month with no setup fee or minimum term. The Trial is $0 for 14 days with 50 minutes and one call at a time. Starter is $199 per month for 500 minutes and 2 calls at a time. Premium is $499 per month for 1,500 minutes and 5 calls at a time. Pro is $1,499 per month for 5,000 minutes and 15 calls at a time. Enterprise is custom-priced per minute with a minimum of 10,000 minutes per month.
