Clipy runs in the browser with no install, and also offers a Mac app and Chrome extension. The Flare feature lets you hold Control and point to create a highlight trail that follows your pointer. Clipy turns this into a key moment with a close-up crop around the pointer, so agents see the exact spot you meant.
