It delivers pulses to Slack, email, Teams, Google Chat, WhatsApp, and webhooks. The free plan forwards 2 metrics daily, while paid plans unlock full metric sets and AI features.

Semantic layer

The semantic layer has five components: metric definitions, domain expertise, business context docs, institutional memory from past conversations, and cross-source search tools. It encodes what metrics mean and how they relate to your business, so AI analysis is interpretation, not narration. You can link Google Docs, Notion pages, Granola meeting notes, Confluence, or Sheets tabs as context.

The free plan is a forwarder only, with no AI. Starter at $49/month adds AI summaries, 20 AI summaries per month, 10 AI chat messages per day, and 3 active streams. Pro at $380/month offers unlimited AI summaries, 100 AI chat messages per day, granular scheduling, and priority support. Enterprise has custom pricing with BYOK, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager.

MCP for AI agents

Chartcastr exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint so AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Codex can read the interpreted state of your business in one call. Agents can call get_latest_pulse and act on it automatically, such as opening a Linear ticket or posting to Slack. One API key works with any MCP-compatible tool.
